There's a "huge difference" in room quality at this hotel "across the street from Opryland": the "inferior", "noisy" motel-like quarters have outside entrances "off the parking lot", while quieter and more "pleasant" interior units face the corrider; unfortunately the "great location" doesn't make up for a so-so staff, a constant "smell of chlorine" and an overall "unkempt" facility crying out for "some cleaners."

Great location.
Room was dated with outside entrance.

I had much higher expectations of a 3 star hotel and was shocked to see outside entrances to the rooms. The rooms need to be up-dated with new wall covering, new carpet, and bathroom furnishings. The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly. ...read more

Outside room near busy street was noisy.

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. convenient to Opry Mills and Grand Ole Opry. Shuttle was very convenient to avoid parking and traffic. Driver's friendly and entertaining.

Liked the clean smell, no smoke smells anywhere.
Did not like the beds. Prefer regular mattresses. Did not sleep much at all.

Hotel is nice and in a very good location for the Grand Ole Opry. Very pleased with the shuttle services. This would be one reason I would stay here again, but do not like the beds at all.

For the Priceline price the hotel was nothing short of awesome.

Hotel was close to other attractions, restaurants, and interstate. Also was nice, clean, and friendly.

Tiny room, minuscule bathroom.

Not a 3 star, more like 2 stars. I have stayed in Radisson's before and this didn't measure up. Bathrooms were tiny - anyone over 5'5" would have a really hard time taking a shower.

Very friendly staff, very comfy bed.
The jets in the hot tub did not work very well.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles. Everyone was very nice! Our room was great and the bed was very comfortable! It was a great experience.
